Qualifications
Required
- University degree (PhD) for (plant) biology, (seed) physiology and related fields
- At least 2 years experience in the field of seed processing and germination is preferred
- Proven understanding of upgrading and germination principles (physiological and genetic)
- Excellent communications skills including the capability to clearly present information and influence or persuade others through oral or written communications
- Capability to work with lab technicians as well as operators/supervisors in the factory
- Experience with project management and proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- An assessment is part of this procedure.
- Proficient in Dutch
