Job description

Expert knowledge/experience in "SAP US Payroll" business processes with full accountability for managing the systems.
â?¢ Gross to Net, Benefits, Wage Types/Deductions, Process Models, Schema Customizations, 3rd Party and FI Transfers
â?¢ BSI/Tax Factory,Tax calculations, Tax Models, Tax reporter and Tax Updates; Bank Deposits and Check Printing.
â?¢ Must have in depth experience in Annual processing cycles such as including W-2 and Benefit rollovers.
â?¢ HR Forms (PE51) and PU12.
â?¢ Demonstrated ability to communicate well, consult with business users on highly complex initiatives, services requests or tech issues - client facing position
â?¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills
â?¢ 5+ experience in SAP Payroll Module for US and must have performed Configuration and solution design;
â?¢ Excellent problem solving skills and ability to provide 24X7 support for Critical Processes.
â?¢ Must have managed a small team of atleast 2 to 3 people in a global delivery setting (India)
â?¢ Knowing and worked on "Time" business processes (Quotas, Schedules, Evaluation, Schemas, Configuration &Transfers) and interfaces to KRONOS is a big plus

This position will be based out of our client location in New Brunswick NJ. Candidate can be considered who live First preference: NJ, NYC, CT, PA ; Second Preference: East of Mississippi. Travel & Living paid if not in commuting distance (Look at first preference)

  • Bachelor's Degree
