Good knowledge/experience in SAP PA/PD module (Features, Actions & Dynamic Actions and Exits)
â?¢ Configuration and process experience in Org Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Administraton
â?¢ Interfaces to and from SAP and non-SAP systems, Vendors and Benefits providers.
â?¢ Must have experience in implementations with position management and Union setups in the basic configuration model.
â?¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills; client facing experience
â?¢ Demonstrated ability to communicate well, consult with business users on highly complex initiatives, services requests or tech issues - client facing position
â?¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills
â?¢ Excellent problem solving skills and ability to provide 24X7 support for Critical Processes.
â?¢ Must have managed a small team of atleast 2 to 3 people in a global delivery setting (India)
This work is out of New Brunswick NJ. Work Location of candidates - First preference: NJ, NYC, CT, PA ; Second Preference: East of Mississippi. Travel & Living paid if not in commuting distance (Look at first preference)

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in SAP HCM Business Process and Configuration (SAP PA/PD module)
- At least 3 years experience in Process and Configuration of Org Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Administraton
- At least 3 years experience in Interfacing to and from SAP and non-SAP systems, Vendors and Benefits providers.
- At least 3 years experience in Annual processing cycles such as including W-2 and Benefit rollovers.
- At least 3 years experience in Union setups in the basic configuration model.
- At least 5 years experience in IT Experience
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Master's Degree
