Good knowledge and experience in SAP PA/PD module (Features, Actions & Dynamic Actions and Exits)
â?¢ Configuration and process experience in Org Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment and onboarding,Talent Administraton, ESS Portal, Leaves
â?¢ Interfaces to and from SAP and non-SAP systems, Vendors and Benefits providers.
â?¢ Must have experience in implementations with position management and Union setups in the basic configuration model.
â?¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills; client facing experience
â?¢ Demonstrated ability to communicate well, consult with business users on highly complex initiatives, services requests or tech issues - client facing position
â?¢ Excellent problem solving skills and ability to provide 24X7 support for Critical Processes.
â?¢ Prefer to have worked on support engagements in a global delivery setting
Work is base out of our client's location in New Brunswick NJ. Will consider candidates who live - First preference: NJ, NYC, CT, PA; Second Preference: East of Mississippi

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in SAP HCM Business Process and Configuration (SAP PA/PD module)
- At least 1 year experience in Configuration and process experience in Org Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment and onboarding, Talent Administraton, ESS Portal, Leaves
- At least 1 year experience in Interfaces to and from SAP and non-SAP systems, Vendors and Benefits providers.
- At least 1 year experience in Annual processing cycles such as including W-2 and Benefit rollovers.
- At least 1 year experience in Implementing position management and Union setups in the basic configuration model.
- At least 5 years experience in IT Experience
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in SAP HCM Business Process and Configuration (SAP PA/PD module)
- At least 4 years experience in Configuration and process experience in Org Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment and onboarding, Talent Administraton, ESS Portal, Leaves
- At least 3 years experience in Interfaces to and from SAP and non-SAP systems, Vendors and Benefits providers.
- At least 3 years experience in Annual processing cycles such as including W-2 and Benefit rollovers.
- At least 3 years experience in Implementing position management and Union setups in the basic configuration model.
- At least 7 years experience in IT Experience
- English : Fluent
