The Business Analytics and Optimization (BAO) Information/Records Governance Subject Matter Expert (SME) is expected to help sell and deliver Information/Records Governance engagements, specifically with respect to Processes & Tools. Experience with records management, Information Lifecycle Governance (ILG), and/or Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)/Archival is required. The position will focus on helping our customers develop a Defensible Disposal infrastructure with their organization. Key areas of focus will be helping customers develop proper governance structures within their organization specifically as it relates to records, legal and IT groups with the company.

Certified Records Manager (CRM) and/or knowledge of eDiscovery preferred.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
  • At least 3 years experience in design/develop/implement solutions using Information Records Governance products
  • At least 3 years experience in providing leadership in all aspects of Information Records Governance
  • At least 4 years experience in requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
  • At least 4 years experience in knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
  • Basic knowledge in solutioning/delivery/business development efforts with any records management tool
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Intermediate


Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 4 years experience in consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
  • At least 5 years experience in design/develop/implement solutions using Information Records Governance products
  • At least 5 years experience in providing leadership in all aspects of Information Records Governance
  • At least 6 years experience in requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
  • At least 5 years experience in knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
  • At least 2 years experience in solutioning/delivery/business development efforts with any records management tool
  • English : Fluent
