Job description
The ArcSight administrator installs and configures the ArcSight Manager, Console and agents, and integrates ArcSight with devices from multiple vendors. The administrator also conducts basic tests to verify ArcSight functionality. The administrator also sets up individual users, user groups, notification groups, and workflow for ArcSight & Oracle. Additional roles include, but are not limited to, monitor ArcSight Status Monitors (ASMs), monitor Manager administration emails, maintain the health of the ArcSight Manager & Database, and monitor the health of SmartAgents and the devices that report them.
Work is located in Radford, VA
Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 4 years experience in ArcSight (Aggregation, Boolean logic, etc.), Event Traffic Patterns and Device Log Output, Security Policies and Standards, Security Information and Event Management, Red Hat Linux experience.
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Intermediate
