In this role you will prepare financial analyses, monthly analyses of operating results and forecasting expenses and profits related to company operations. This position plays a key role in the preparation of quarter and annual planning as well as the budgeting process, which includes supporting and developing strategic financial models to facilitate analysis and decision-making (including operating targets, proposed business cases, capital investments and other ad hoc analyses as required by management). You will also regularly partner and interact with Finance, Sales, Ops and Supply Chain departments to prepare financial trends and forecasts.

Financial Planning Responsibilities:


    - Forecasting expenditures and profits for company operations
    - Compile period analysis of operating results for Finance Leadership Team
    - Create and provide analytical support for presentation decks
    - Provides support to team in-order to create Quarter and Annual Operating Plans
    - Run ad-hoc reports and creates summaries to help Finance Leadership Team evaluate business trends

EDUCATION:

? College degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA preferred but not required


EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

? Minimum 2-3 years in financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting or business consulting

? Proficient in Microsoft Excel (managing complex data files, vlookups, pivot tables, financial functions)

? Excellent analytical and problem solving with strong communication and interpersonal skills

? High motivation, intellectual curiosity and a desire to have a large impact on our organization

? Ability to switch between multiple priorities and to function in fast paced environment

? Experience using MicroStrategy, Hyperion, and PeopleSoft desired.
