Seeking experienced operators with high standards to conduct in depth evaluations of operating standards in all system restaurants. The Internal Operations Auditor position will be solely focused on evaluating, coaching and creating successful action plans to help in improving restaurant performance. Success in this role requires solid time management skills, ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, conducting insightful root cause analysis, and effective coaching and communication.

Internal Auditing evaluation support to include:
? Solid operations knowledge to build operator know-how
? Ops Initiatives (new products, processes, standards)
? Core People processes
? C.H.A.M.P.S (auditing criteria)
? Food Safety
Minimum Requirements, Experience & Education:
? 3-5 years in store operational experience in a restaurant, retail, service or similar work environment is required.
? Impeccable integrity and high personal standards.
? Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause and analysis and apply effective coaching.
? Ability to establish strong working relationships with Restaurant and Above Store Leaders
? Excellent time management and calendar planning skills.
? An effective change agent as priorities shift.
? Effective verbal and written communications skills.
? Knowledgeable and capable of training on all Pizza Hut Core Processes.

Technical skills
? Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Ability to operate a computer and applicable software packages.
Special Requirements Specific to Job
? Willing to travel and work flexible hours. Travel will vary based on geography of responsibility and where candidate resides.
? The average amount of time on the road traveling is 50-70 percent of the time
? Travel Specifics (will vary each week depending on geography):
? 50-70% of travel will include hotel stays
? Majority will be driving distance (company car included) ? distance will vary each week depending on scope, and density (rural/urban mix) of restaurants
? Occasional air travel
