The Director of Creative and Production Services has overall responsibility for the timely, quality development and execution of digital and print collateral that reflect Kaiser Permanente's business and brand relevance.

Essential Functions:
- Accountable for the performance and quality of work produced by the Creative and Production Services organization
- Leads the creative development and execution for print and digital channels (currently primarily print). Drives development and ongoing maintenance of Kaiser Permanente Marketing's brand systems. Ensures templates and final products reflect a cohesive interpretation of KP's brand
- Leads the timely, efficient throughput from creative intake through delivery. Ensures cost efficiency through proactive onsite staff and vendor management. Prioritizes, leverages, allocates and adjusts workload across organization. Drives efficiency through continuous tracking and process improvement
- Oversees long-term and short-term planning of resources. Adjusts roles and resources to meet KP marketing's evolving needs for digital and social marketing. Accountable for planning, forecasting and reporting a consolidated Creative and Production Services budget
- Functions as a key member of the Marketing Communications Leadership Team. Builds strong, collaborative relationships with key partners in Marketing Communications, Direct Marketing, Event Marketing and Brand Experience
- Oversees a department of 50-75 staff. Leads a team of managers and associate creative directors
- Ensures creative end-products comply with contractual requirements, meet state and federal regulations and support legal recommendations as appropriate
- Consistently support compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and license requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Minimum 10 years of related studio management experience required, including advertising agency and client (corporate) experience
- Minimum three (3) - five (5) years of management experience
- Strong design or copywriting background and be proficient in directing both
- Experience leading digital creative and production
- Demonstrated ability to develop a consistent, brand-right aesthetic across customer touch points and audiences
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard production and resource management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred
