- Education: bachelor/master degree in Vegetable, Plant science and Agricultural Sciences or other fields with vegetable seed experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years with seed industry
- Good English communication skills.
General Job Characteristics:
- Percentage of travel: 30-40%.
- Number of hours worked/week: 40 hours.
- Physical activity required: Considerable walking in site/Crop fields/Travel/Driving.
- Able to work independently, and communicate well with various teams and an inquisitive personality.
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environment
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
