Essential Functions:
- Support and maintain agent microsites, including collateral updates; regional plan updates; set-up of new agents
- Manage and support agent attestation process
- Track agent licensing and appointments
- Coordinate the set-up and document sales agent profile information for Client Relationship Management system
- Document, research and escalate systems' failures
- Support and conduct audit activities in Client Relationship Management and support systems to ensure the integrity of the sales process and sales operations
- Coordinate updates and testing with Marcomm operations and all vendors involved
- Produce weekly/monthly summaries on Kaiser Permanente Insurance activities and call/chat dispositions
- Track and manage login IDs for all retention agents and conduct quarterly audits
- Track daily and month to date activity on a continuous basis
- Support Health Care Reform implementation work
- Participate in a range of market strategy projects essential to Kaiser's membership and margin goals
- Market Strategy and Analysis
- Design and execute analytics for studying business issues (market research, scenario planning, forecasting, market share, profitability, etc)
- Vet findings and make formal recommendations to senior levels of KP leadership
- Create documents (strategic segment plans, utilization reports) that inform critical strategic issues

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- 4 year degree in related field OR equivalent experience
- Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
- Must know how to manipulate databases such as MS Excel and/or Access, as well as manipulating reports and generating reports
- Working knowledge of membership, rates, financial, economic and competitive data
- Frequent use and general knowledge of market strategy practices, techniques, and standards
- General application of concepts and principles
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access and other databases
