Basic Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) II required
- A minimum of two (2) years supervised and related (may include adolescent, adult, family, co-dependent) work experience in the field of chemical dependency treatment. Will consider successful completion of a KP addiction medicine internship in lieu of experience.
- Experience working with Dual Diagnosis patients.
- Adolescent/family chemical dependency experience required.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field required.
- LCSW/LMFT or eligible preferred.
- CA license track for LMFT or LCSW preferred.
- If recovering from chemical dependency, must have three (3) years continuous sobriety at time of hire, and must maintain continuous sobriety as a condition of employment as a CDRP Counselor.
- Demonstrates ability to work from a family systems perspective.
- Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to customers, contracted providers, and vendors.
- Data entry skills preferred.
- Computer knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint applications preferred.
