Program Overview:
- The Johnson & Johnson Management Trainee Program is a structured 18 months on the job training program and well-defined training curriculum highlighting on core competency and values.
- During the 18 months program, the trainees will undergo a development scheme incorporating on-the-job training, cross-functional assignments, external classroom training and personalized rotations to different functions. The Management Trainee will be equipped with general technical and business acumen exposure to assume further responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson.
- Mentoring and Coaching by Senior Management throughout the 18 months, the Management Trainee will be given on-the-job development through stretched assignments in his/her chosen function supported by a mentor. And the Management Trainee will be also paired up with a peer as they buddy under the Buddy System.

Qualifications
- A recognized Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Chemical, Electrical/Electronic), Pure Sciences, Business Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year working experience; minimum CGPA of 3.0 or a First Class Honors are encouraged to apply
- Has demonstrated strong leadership experience and potential; for example, had held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, voluntary work or other significant undertakings
- Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success
- Is a self starter and has a bias for actions and results
- Possesses strong analytical and problem solving abilities
