Searching the best talent for: Professional Educational Manager

Description:

· Responsible for development of Country ProfEd strategy in alignment with the DePuy Synthes LatAm strategic direction and specific strategies for the Business Units in the Country

· Lead and support execution of Country strategy. Provide tactical guidance and support for local ProfEd execution

· Establish process to evaluate and define ProfEd priorities - in collaboration with Local BU´s - in function of new procedures, new surgical techniques and technologies, and other needs related to HCP´s

· Work with Mexico GM and Business Units in the process of identifying KOL´s, faculties and speakers by medical specialty

· Implement KPIs related to ProfEd value proposition. Define action plans when required or appropriate.

· Monitor and report on activities, performance, expenditure, etc, as required.

· Continually asses and monitor current state in order to identify potential gaps or needs and define appropriate action plans

· Partner with DePuy Synthes Joints and Mitek ProfEd organizations at global level (OpCo´s) in order to leverage resources (e.g. content, materials, initiatives, facilities, etc.)

· Continually explore and assess relevant ProfEd needs for HCP´s in communication and consultation with country leadership and business units

· Ensure all ProfEd Country activities meet policies and procedures of the Global Education Management System (GEMS)

· Ensure all ProfEd facilities and venues meet internal organizational policies and requirements, as well as industry/country guidelines and regulations Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics, HCC guidelines and policies, and legal requirements

· Be the strategic liaison and communication facilitator between DePuySynthes Mexico and Local Boards of the AO Foundation in order to maintain a collaborative framework in terms of ProfEd initiatives

Functions:

· Develop and drive execution of ProfEd strategy in Mexico with clear definition of initiatives, activities, resources

· Working in collaboration with the Regional ProfEd leader and OpCo. to give visibility to education programs in the areas of Joints reconstruction and Mitek

· Ensure compliance with HCC guidelines and policies

· Establish a segmentation process based on HCP´s level of expertise in order to offer programs according with specific needs of development

· Propose innovative alternatives for Continuing Medical Education

· Participate in AO Foundation activities as required or appropriate

· Continuous search of educational activities that meet the needs of the Country

Reports to: Regional Professional Education Director Depuy Synthes

Cualificaciones

Qualifications:

School Background: Advanced university degree is preferred

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with continuous track record of success

Languages: English advanced

The position requires 50% of business travel
