Position Description: Ensure seamless execution of critical Ryder strategic national account marketing programs. Position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all marketing strategies, initiatives and activities in support of the attainment of national account proceeds Impact will also be measured by effectiveness of specific campaigns.
Requirements:
4 year college degree
5-7 years of marketing experience required with 3 years or more B2B and/or B2C marketing program management preferred
Demonstrated tactical marketing knowledge including conducting market research, developing campaigns, marketing through direct mail, websites, outbound telemarketing and email
Demonstrated creative development skills with experience managing vendors Additional Requirements:
Project and event management skills
Ability to develop new ideas and launch programs with limited budget
Other characteristics include creativity, good project management skills, strong written and oral communication skills, high energy, ability to self-start and work on teams
-Candidate should have experience managing campaigns and executing target marketing activites using Salesforce.com, or secondarily, another CRM or Marketing Automoation tool
-This positon will support Ryder's Dedicated Transportation sales vertical, and will focus heavily on researching target accounts, sourcing contact names, and executing target marketing campaigns through calls, emails, and other outreach sources to generate leads in support of our Sales Directors
-Successful candidate will some knowledge of the Supply Chain/Logistics field and possess strong organizational and project planning skills and have the ability to multi-task across projects and programs

Responsibilities:
Execution and tracking of annual sales & marketing strategy to support lead generation, lead nurturing and sales conversion goals for national account prospects as well as ongoing account penetration and up-sell efforts for existing national account customer base
Engage with select Directors – Business Development, National Account Managers, and Group Directors – National Sales to refine & execute multi-phased marketing touches aligned with targeted, high-involvement sales contact strategy
Research and execute customized direct mail campaigns to top National customers and prospects
Develop and execute all direct marketing campaigns needed to meet national account penetration & sales goals
Analyze and report on program results, including development of improvement recommendations & roll out plans
Responsible for the creative development across all functions associated with sales & marketing strategy
Manage creative contracts with outside vendors as needed to achieve customized one-to-one marketing approach
Assist with market research projects
Improve national prospecting list management process
Assist with other National Account Programs:
Others local marketing efforts as defined by Marketing Director or VP Marketing
Conduct annual prospect reviews with salesforce to ensure alignment with segmentation and marketing efforts
Monitor salesforce engagement and provide regular updates to sales leadership
Provide analytical support at the industry and territory level
