Position Description: As part of the Ryder team the Specialist will handle a variety of tasks.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements: - Experience with basic accounting practices and procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills with MS Excel such as pivot tables, V-lookups, freezing/unfreezing panes, hiding/unhiding data, setting print titles & page breaks, linking workbooks, creating external links, re-directing links, customizing toolbars & menus, protecting a worksheet, filtering options, and chart formatting options.
- Intermediate level skills with MS Windows such working with windows and its components, desktop, taskbar, start menu, minimize/maximize/close function, drag/drop, copy/paste, rename, delete, recycle bin, and my computer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities.
- Ability to (analyze) review, process, and update contract package information as required.
- Experience reading and interpreting contractual documents
- Attention to detail by validating data, identifying exceptions, requesting adjustments and processing corrections.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Readily learns and applies new information/concept in area of practice
-Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and communicate potential exceptions
-Ability to interact with all levels of management, as well as internal and external customers
