Health care compliance Manager for DePuy Synthes, Testing Operations, ASPAC COE HCC-00000A3T
Description
- Partners with assigned HCCOs to develop the annual and special needs Testing plan specific for DePuy Synthes.
- Helps develop and implement a consistent and standardized Testing approach for
DePuy Synthes.
- Develops harmonized and standardized Testing Protocols, systems and processes in partnership with the business HCCOs specific to DePuy Synthes.
- Plans and executes testing performed at each of the countries assigned in partnership with the local HCCOs using a customized approach as necessary for the country environment.
- Communicates results with Company management/Regional Management of DePuy Synthes and helps Company develop management action plans (MAPs)
- Document testing results in a report
- Helps develop Monitoring Controls in the Countries, including training for DePuy Synthes.
- Helps DePuy Synthes HCCOs with training as appropriate
- Represents the region for DePuy Synthes on project teams to harmonize and standardize HCC & Privacy testing protocols, processes and systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of line managerial experience, in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in HCC or related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance, HCC)
- Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience preferred
- Experience leading in a multi-national environment preferred
- Requires experience conducting audits and managing auditing programs in one or more compliance areas (HCC, FCPA, GCC, Finance, Quality, Regulatory)
- Requires knowledge of HCC/fraud and abuse laws; regulatory promotional practices; FCPA, financial or auditing practices and company business and policies.
- Demonstrated quantitative analytical or statistical skills required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills. Fluency in additional languages of the region, as appropriate, preferred
- Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both internal and external customers
