Job Summary:

To develop and implement product marketing plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth.

Job Scope

- Develop effective marketing plans and implement tactical marketing programs and messages in line with marketing plan to drive broad acceptance of product among specialists and GPs
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team to expand market access for key brand
- Work with third party organizations on disease awareness campaigns
- Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other key functions to product objectives
- Coach and train a team of sales representatives in product knowledge and key selling messages
- Measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs. Implement improvements for future programs to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage promotion spending effectively and follow company approval processes

Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree preferably in Life Sciences/Applied Science/Pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with relevant experience in sales and marketing function
- Proven track record in marketing competencies
- Result-oriented and have a sense of urgency
- Works well in a team

This position reports to the Business Unit Manager.

Location

This position will be based in Singapore.
