Canvas Project (SAP Implementation) Procure to Pay Manager / Coordinator - LATAM

Description: This position will be responsible for the design of the Finance Sub-process related to Procure to pay for the implementation of the SAP System for Janssen and Medical LATAM. This position reports to the Finance Lead in the Canvas Project (Back to Basics).

Main Functions:

Responsible for Procure to pay business processes design:
- Accounting treatment for inventory items and non-inventory items purchases
- Refers to accounts payable and procurement policies
- Special accounting requirements related to tax, BR GAAP and USGAAP treatment
- Compliance, Electronic Invoicing, deep knowledge in localizations
- Design and implementation of KPIs for tracking and control purposes
- Interacts with other teams to assure flawless integration of the Source, Procurement (including ARIBA) and Tax processes
- Interacts with process owners in the region assure process alignment
- Accountable to coordinate all required testing and documentation for assigned area in alignment with global J&J standards
- Responsible for all RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Forms) defined in the project, as agreement among Business and IT

Qualifications


Qualifications

- Knowledge in the following fields: J&J Procurement processes, Accounts payable and accounting sub-process

· Solid experience in Accounts Payable or a related Finance Area like Accounting and Internal Controls
- Desirable previous experience in ERP systems implementations
- Professional degree in Finance, Business Administration, economics or other related degrees
- Languages: Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese

Travel: 80%
