Description

LifeScan is a division of Cilag GmbH International; both companies belong to Johnson & Johnson family of companies. LifeScan is engaged in the manufacturing, global distribution and marketing of blood glucose monitoring systems for diabetic patients with markets spanning across Europe, Middle East and Africa, Canada, USA, Asia Pacific and Latin America to create a world without limits for people with diabetes. In order to meet market needs, LifeScan has centralized its logistics structures, distribution and finance processes.

Sales & Operations Planning
• Lead S&OP process for responsible countries
• Provide analysis for S&OP reviews
• Lead collaborative forecasting process with responsible countries
• Process and dashboard ownership
• Exercise a high degree of business judgment and reasoning in escalation of issues and business risks; develop solutions and risk mitigation strategies
• Responsibility for driving a high level of communication to Customers/Suppliers

New Product Introduction
• Coordination for responsible Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Japan launches. Supply Chain facilitation of all new product introduction and ownership of all post-launch product introductions and packaging changes.
• Highlight issues to management and provide solutions
• Collaborate on process improvements for New Product Introductions.
• Communicate project status to Customers/Suppliers

People
• Coordinate and manage peers and above without direct supervision responsibilities
• Lead cross functional teams in multiple locations to deliver products to market

System
• Mastery of Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Use of Demand Planning System
• Understanding of Supply Planning System
• Understanding of ERP requirements to set-up new products
• Super-user of MS Excel.

Qualifications


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Supply Chain knowledge
• Capable/experience of leading a small team
• Strong analytical skills. Able to combine details to provide a 'big-picture'.
• Strong communication skills - in person, virtually, and in writing in English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Business experience preferably within a Supply Chain role

Desirable
• Previous experience in Sales & Operations Planning or Forecasting
• Further Supply Chain qualifications e.g. APICS/CIPS/IOM
• Process Excellence Certification e.g. Green Belt/Black Belt
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, Pharmaceuticals/ medical devices
• Marketing/Finance knowledge/training
