Parsons is seeking a Systems Engineer to:
-Implementing system requirements through requirements analysis and synthesis
-Ensuring the delivery of systems that are compatible with the defined system architectures, DoDAF and SOA.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 6 years experience in one or more of the following categories:
- Systems Engineering of DoD C3I (Command, Control, communications and Intelligence) systems
- Analyzing needs, deriving system-level req and contributing to design, development or implementation and maintenance of computer networks and systems.
-Microelectronics engineering, integrated circuit design and integrated circuit reverse engineering

-1 year experience with secure Software Engineer development, including system security requirements analysis, system security requirements allocation, trade off analysis, other system security analysis and secure system definition and specification development.
-1 year experience with Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and Trusted Network Connect (TNC).
-1 year experience with data modeling to include development and implementation of data modeling methodology.
-1 year experience designing & developing user interface features, writing design documents, test plans/results, and assessing architecture & hardware limitations.
-1 year experience defining and developing Java J2EE solutions as a part of SOA using DoDAF standards
-1 year experience in Software Engineering for Data Integration, Analysis & Reporting (IA&R) activities to include DoD and IC data standardization efforts as they relate to IA&R.

Degree Requirement: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.

Clearance Requirement- TS/SCI with a Polygraph
