PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for the development and execution of associate, franchise and team member marketing and communications plans to drive people capability building with a primary emphasis on building awareness and increasing utilization of Yum! University programs and processes across our global system

JOB FUNCTIONS:

? Develops and execute strategies to build Yum! University brand awareness to increase global demand

o Represents Yum! University at franchise conventions

o Manages the Yum! University website

o Manages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and eMarketing

o Develops newsletters for the Learning Zone

? Identifies and employs innovative methods for communicating Yum! University programs and initiatives.

o Identifies strategies for maximizing the utilization of Yum! University offerings and capabilities

o Develops and executes communications that drive awareness of Yum! University offerings

o Develops and executes communications about new courses and programs

? Develops communications plans for key initiatives and programs

o Leadership excellence

o Cultural excellence

o Functional excellence

o Learning Technologies

? Monitors and drives enrollment in key programs to ensure maximum utilization of available resources

o Key curricula

o Self-paced online courses

o Webinars

o Instructor-led Workshops

EDUCATION: BA, Preferred in Marketing, Communications or Journalism


EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): 3-5 years of marketing experience
