Lead the development, maintenance and support of all KFC A&E Standards, for ground up and remodel assets including: design/construction document templates, cost estimates, concept overviews and other support tools to assist in meeting the brand development objectives.

1. Provide coordinated, system-ready prototype plans, specifications, scope of work, and baseline construction estimates - both directly (in-house) and via outside consultants.

2. Develop, publish and present training materials and design/development tools for field and RSC personnel relating to all aspects of supported prototypes.

3. Provide inter-departmental leadership of the asset design & prototype development process with Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Marketing, Risk Management / IT/ Legal and Construction, including overall ownership of the Change Management process.

4. Coordinate Prototype Templates and Baselines with UFPC and Vendors via Distributor Equipment Model.
Partner with the Sr. Manager of Development Execution (Construction & Facilities) and Brand Design Architect to align design initiatives/standards with construction execution on all test projects.

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree ? Architecture or Engineering required.


EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): 5 years or more in the Architectural / Engineering field including design-related and commercial construction activities. Highly effective communication, customer-service, conflict-resolution and organizational skills. Strong multi-tasking and computer skills. Functional experience with AutoCad, Sketch Up, Adobe Acrobat, PhotoShop, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word. 3D Studio experience is also recommended.
