Job Text

Promotes a strong process safety culture by providing process safety expertise and leadership. Delivers compliance expectations and drives the brewery process safety management program to world class standards. Is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the breweryâ s Process Safety Management program (s) (PSM).
 
Leads the development and administration of a comprehensive process safety and risk mangaement planning program, including industrial safety, occupational health and safety, fire protection, process hazard analysis, management of change, evacution planning and envirmonmental hazard communication, to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.   Leads and conducts comprehensive process safety assessments.
 
Responsible for facility wide adherence to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure safety and quality of MillerCoors products.

Education level and/or experience


  • BS in Engineering or related field or equivalent progressive industrial utilities experience
  • 5+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience in a utilities environment leading and/or participating in process safety management


Skills and/or knowledge


  • Knowledge in operations and asset care of ammonia, chlorine, steam, CO2 systems
  • Must possess and maintain a complete functional, technical and working knowledge of OSHA 1910.119 PSM compliance regulations.
  • Must possess working knowledge of EPA’s Risk Management Program (RMP) compliance regulations & coordinate related activities with the Environmental & Sustainability Engineer.
