This position will support Direct Packaging Materials sourcing managers by performing detailed analytics of the various categories. They will oversee preparation of a $2B annual budget, prepare price estimates in support of marketing projects, and develop inventive approaches for managing critical department information. Much of the work is self-directed, so position requires someone who can work independently, consistently identify process improvements, and reprioritize a shifting work-load.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Candidate must have a minimum of a bachelorâs degree in supply chain, finance, procurement or economics and 1-3 yearsâ experience supply chain. Procurement experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

· 1-3 years procurement or supply chain experience; Procurement experience preferred
Skills and knowledge
· Exhibit capability to effectively interpret and apply contract terms and regulations; analyzes supplier performance and makes continuous improvement recommendations
· Demonstrate and articulate fundamental understanding of procure-to-pay process; implements recommendations for improvement; understands linkage to supply management, technical systems and continuous improvement
· Exhibit effective use of SAP, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access and other transactional tools to perform job duties
· Effective at building stakeholder commitment and buy-in for appropriate options that are new or different from those requested
Other requirements
· Exhibit understanding of data management techniques and options. Strong Microsoft Access and/or SharePoint skills preferred
