Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an HR or Business Discipline (Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.)
- 3+ years experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR Generalist with some exposure to expatriate issues
- Possess a high level of agility and comfort with ambiguity (this job cannot be performed by rote)
- Attention to detail is critical
- Self motivated with the ability to anticipate changes and needs and get ahead of a challenge
- Strong ability to interact with people at all levels with genuine respect
- Ability to work well in a team setting with significant role overlap
- Excels in diplomacy and tact
- Possess ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to see the "big picture" while working at the details-level
- Systems technical ability (SAP, Internet, Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Ability to develop analytical and technical skills
