Qualifications

- BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or other closely related field- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in finance- Knowledge of GAAP and the ability to understand and apply Monsanto policies, procedures & guidelines and/or legal requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Superior analytical and negotiation skills- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and self-motivated- Strong PC skillsDesired Experience and Skills:- MBA or MS/MA and/or CPA a plus
- Working knowledge of SAP a plus
- Foreign language capability a plus (Spanish / Portuguese / other)
