Job description
Working with client to obtain efficient, complete & reliable measurements & metrics of all areas of client's online assets, which include websites, the online store, social media properties, widget and advertisements, PSAâ??s and public campaigns. â?¢ Knowledge of web analytics at the next level â?? handling live streaming, social media, & tablet interfaces, as well as highly interactive apps and web pages. â?¢ Working with client & the rest of the IBM team to provide online services that deliver metrics & reports using interactive & dynamic online tools â?¢ Promoting best practices in online metrics & reporting. Candidate should have expert knowledge with heat mapping software, website analysis & social media analyitics tools (eg. web trends 8, google analytics) mobile device tracking software and the latest software technology for obtaining & producing interactive analytics and metrics.
Extensive knowledge of large-scale data handling and reporting
Excellent written and oral communication.
Experience in Public Sector
Preferred Skills:
STRONG Communication with ability to lead a small team.
Experience in independently querying databases, and the use of SQL
Prior experience in web or application development
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Skilled in prioritizing and planning, taking into account all relevant issues and factors (deadlines, resource availability, dependencies, etc.)
Work is located in Rockville, MD
Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.

- At least 5 years experience in independently leading requirements / developing functional specifications / functional test plans and scripts  Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering results
- Security clearance of DoD Secret. Not needed for Day 1, but must be eligible
