Job description
The Intelligence Mission Solutions Practice Area is looking for a software developer to take part in deploying and integrating the InfoSphere Streams solution to classified clients. The candidate will be expected to create system components that will extract, transform, and load data from several disparate, structured and non-structured data sets. Understanding of agile methods is a must, and the candidate will be expected to help manage, shape, and execute the development milestones to ensure their success. The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to comprehend database methodologies and normalization techniques, and solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year experience in Software/Database Developer, ETL Developer, Data Modeling, Testing and Documentation.
- At least 1 year experience in Eclipse development environment
- At least 1 year experience in Tomcat or similar servlet container technology
- At least 1 year experience in ETL developer.
- Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI) - Debriefed within last two years
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in Software/Database Developer, ETL Developer, Data Modeling, Testing and Documentation.
- At least 3 years experience in Eclipse development environment
