- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly, apply that knowledge to the software configuration management effort within the team
- Possesses solid understanding in one or more of the following areas: Source Control tools such as MS Team Foundation Server, Visual Source Safe, CVS, ClearCase. Build and Deploy tools such as Maven; Unix and Windows Operating Systems; Software engineering or programming using a variety of software development platforms such as .Net and Java; and Unix and Windows Scripting.
