Job description
Experienced delivery manager within the DBA Solution Center space to support multiple clients in the creation and delivery of Database Administration and Data Management services and solutions. The DBA Solution Center organization provides these services to large commercial clients for IBM. Internal searches have not provided available qualified candidates. Transferring this skill into our organization will fill the required skillset and increase recoverable and billable utilization opportunities. The DBA SC has zero bench forecasted and a strong project pipeline for continued work. Responsibilities:
- Creation and delivery of Database Administration and Data Management services and solutions for IBM clients
- Supporting IBM large commercial accounts
- Establish and nature cross business unit relations with GBS and GTS commercial sectors
- Personnel management to a team of US employes
- Provide functional and business direction to global delivery teams
- Drive and enable IBM revenue growth, pipeline and signings
- Develop new services, solutions and offerings

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year experience in Client Facing Solution Delivery
- At least 1 year experience in Delivery Organization Leadership
- At least 1 year experience in Complex Solution Development
- At least 1 year experience in Marketing and Sales
- At least 1 year experience in Personnel Administration
- At least 1 year experience in Subcontractor Administration
- English: Basic knowledge
