Job description
The Project Manager will concentrate on middleware and infrastructure. This role will require management of infrastructure and integration resources, and will require the ability for this Project Manager to bring middleware and infrastructure expertise to assist in the software selection, system design and management of the implementation of various middleware software packages and the associated infrastructure.
Resources should reside (or relocate) in Houston, TX.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years experience in demonstrating strong team leadership skills
- At least 3 years experience in demonstrating strong client relationship skills
- At least 3 years experience in demonstrating strong technical skills and designing and managing large enterprise systems
- At least 3 years experience in leading at least 2 infrastructure and middleware projects
- At least 3 years experience in in the Chemical and Petroleum Industry
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years experience in demonstrating strong team leadership skills
- At least 7 years experience in demonstrating strong client relationship skills
- At least 7 years experience in demonstrating strong technical skills and designing and managing large enterprise systems
- At least 5 years experience in leading at least 2 infrastructure and middleware projects
- At least 5 years experience in in the Chemical and Petroleum Industry
- English : Fluent
