Job description
The Hyperion Planning Managing Consultant is an experienced finance professional with functional and Hyperion Planning technical skills focused within the performance reporting and planning areas. The Managing Consultant will be required to participate on projects with responsibilities including, but not limited to: leading requirements definition workshops,
developing design documentation, application of better practices within performance reporting and planning process areas, developing/configuring the Hyperion Planning solution, data migration, systems testing and
training of end user and Client support teams. The Managing Consultant will personally deliver or lead teams to deliver new process solutions based on the configuration of the Oracle/Hyperion toolset (e.g. Planning, Essbase, FDM, RDM, and BI+).

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in designing and implementing Performance Reporting and Planning solutions for large multinational companies
- At least 1 year experience in advanced technical expertise with the Planning, Essbase, FDM, and RDM.
- At least 1 year experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations of new planning processes using a formal implementation methodology and Hyperion Planning (experience with Planning System 9 preferred)
- At least 1 year experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, interfacing with business users, preparing for and leading executive workshops
- Basic knowledge in Prior experience in a large consulting organization preferred.
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 3 years experience in designing and implementing Performance Reporting and Planning solutions for large multinational companies
