The ONETOUCH® Brand of consumer and institutional products includes portable electronic meters and disposable reagent test strips to provide accurate, less painful glucose readings and the software tools to transform this information into actionable health care decisions.

Our business model is built around prescribed and reimbursed blood glucose meters requiring a marketing approach involving both Health Care Professionals, Trade and Patients.

Sales Operations Assistant (Part-time)

Jobdescription

You collect and process data from several sources. By performing daily, weekly and monthly sales and activity reporting you support sales reps and sales management in daily operations and business planning. On an ad hoc basis you will also provide reporting out of the sales system.

You take ownership of the ONEVIEW CRM system and try to improve efficiency where possible. You act as a helpline in back office to enable sales reps to use the ONEVIEW system in a correct way. On a regular basis you update the manual of ONEVIEW and inform sales force of potential changes. You coordinate with EMEA sales support for system improvement.

Kwalificaties

You have a minimum bachelor degree preferably in Economics, with affinity in IT.

You have a relevant work experience of 2 years in an international environment with a focus on teamwork. You are fluent in Dutch and English and knowledge of French is a pre.
