Responsibilities

Achieve sales and business objectives (sales & share targets) for the AcuNav, SoundStar and CartoSound module lines of business within the Canadian Business landscape in coordination with Sales/Territory Manager(s).

Leverage strong complimentary business opportunities in the Cardiac Cath Lab space, calling on Interventional Cardiology and Interventional Electrophysiology services.

Use strong analytical insight and skill, innovative and strategic thinking in order to deliver premium customer value.

Become an expert in identifying key business drivers for the specified region/customer group, and how to effectively plan and invest against those identified drivers as articulated in a prepared formalized territory business plan.

Become an acknowledged subject matter expert in the business within his/her assigned territory by understanding fully, the healthcare environment (including customers, products, competitive set, and regulatory)

Provide technical and educational support to HCP customers

Collaborate with internal and external business partners in Sales, Marketing, Clinical Communications, Professional Education and Medical Affairs to plan and co-ordinate meetings, symposia and other CME/OGA related activities colleagues to consolidate plans aimed at providing best in class customer support and training.

Support strong drive to customer independence with AcuNav / SoundStar products.

Qualifications


Essential:

Bachelor's degree - preferably Life Sciences, Nursing or Business

4+ years proven track record of sales success in the Canadian Medical Device Industry

Experience calling on Interventional Cardiologist and Interventional Electrophysiologist

Results driven and strong sense of demonstrated entrepreneurship

Demonstrated ability (with supportive examples) in business planning skills including: customer engagement, critical thinking, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset

Motivated self starter - demonstrated initiative

Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models and prioritized targeting in line with brand(s) strategies

Strong customer focus and collaboration skills

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, and comfort level for learning new technological platforms

Demonstrates a strong learning agility

Superior presentation skills

Overnight travel requirement ~50%

Desired:

Strong Clinical and technical Ultrasound knowledge (IHBRE or NASPEXAM an asset)

Previous marketing and training experience will be an asset.

Bilingualism is highly preferred
