Searching the best talent for: Laboratory Specialist México - OCD

Description:
- Provide Technical and commercial expertise to support the donor screening and immunohematology business to exceed established sales objectives.
- Facilitate the transition of OCD products and customers from their actual technology to our automated technologies.
- Conduct training and Professional Education activities to new and potential customers; follow-up and solve issues related to the technology as needed and help in the implementation of initiatives to deliver new business.

Responsabilities:
- Support, train and motivate current and new customers (including technical support) to the level required to identify, successfully satisfy needs and transition to the use of new technologies.
- Support Marketing intelligence with information about the market.
- Develop tools to establish Key Opinion Leaders in our technologies.
- Generate and propose innovative solutions to deal with daily problems and opportunities.
- Develop a collaborative relationship with rest of associates to work as a team group.
- Maintain and promote a continuous two-way communication channel with all members of the organization.
- Gain leadership and team commitment to achieve sales goals and objectives for the whole country.
- Support to develop follow up tools and metrics in order to maintain alignment between daily work and strategic imperatives.

Cualificaciones

Qualifications:
- Certified experience and deep technical knowledge in the areas of: donor screening, transfusion medicine, and Inmunology
- Min 3 years in transfusion medicine and / or Immunohematology area
- English 70%
- Travel availability

Knowledge in transfusion medicine and / or Immunohematology
