Summary

Responsible for running financial closing routines, planning activities and supporting business partners with Budget and Capex construction and control.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Responsible for Capex control, actual and forecast
-Prepares and monitors monthly Capex reports
-Responsible for the Financial Department Forecast Tool maintenance and improvements
-Responsible for reporting Business Plan and all updates on Bravo
-Support Balance Sheet and P&L forecast construction
-Support financial monthly closing for SG&A
-Support business partners regarding all Capex and Budget activities
-Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, J&J Corporate guidelines and guarantee accuracy of financial reporting
-Lead initiatives and/or participate in teams to develop the Finance organization and its processes

Qualificações

Qualification
-Bachelor degree preferably Business, Economy, Accounting or Engeneering
-Fluency in English
-SAP experience
-Exposure to SOX
-Accounting background (desirable)
-Advanced Excel
