Position Description: The Service Manager position will be responsible for the management of maintenance personnel within assigned branch or branches.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements: - 5 (five) years of supervisory experience preferred.
- 7 (seven) years of technical experience preferred
- Proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office
Knowledge of P&L preferred
- Candidate must possess
- Knowledge of execution of performance management process, and basic understanding of business finance.
- Ability to select, train and develop High caliber personnel
- Must exhibit strong ability in communication, leadership and hands-on mechanics and customer service.
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and the Ability to act independently.
