| This position is responsible for managing capital budgets, analyzing capital returns on new store development, and conducting deep-dive analysis on new restaurant / market performance. This role is also responsible for supporting Franchise business including strategic reviews of Franchisee financials, business valuation, and related ad hoc analysis. Job Functions - Analyze and present returns on new store development to senior management on semi-annual basis. Also, perform deep dive analysis on success criteria for new stores on period basis - Coordinate with key departments to gain knowledge on new capital projects and help manage to budget - Review capital projects with Finance Leadership Team and gain alignment - Build and update NFA (Net Facilities Action) plan which involves managing semi-annual impairment (forecast and coordinate with field finance) - Build financial models to value franchise businesses in financial distress. Perform cash flow and balance sheet analysis and recommend optimal solution. - Perform ad-hoc analysis to support Franchise business. | |
