Team leadership and supervisory experience
Knowledge of molecular markers and their application to plant breeding
Broad knowledge of crop production and farming practices
Experience with farm equipment operation and repair
Strong computer skills related to data acquisition, organization, and data analysis.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
