Qualifications
1. Important:
· Basic knowledge on farming practices and farm equipment operation and repair;
· Ability to manage temporary workers;
· Self motivated with appropriate sense of urgency.
· Effective verbal communication skills.
· Basic computer skills.
2. Nice to Have:
· Basic knowledge in agronomic practices for corn (insect and weed control, fertilization, irrigation).
3. Must Have:
· Ability to learn and follow instructions; able to engage into teamwork.
· Discipline to follow Monsanto safety policies.
4. Must Not Have:
· Conditions that would prevent working with sorghum in the field.
· Conditions that would prevent traveling.
