Oscar Mayer is a $4 Billion business with its heritage dating back to 1883. The Oscar Mayer business unit is home to consumer favorites such as Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs, Oscar Mayer Cold Cuts, Oscar Mayer Bacon, Lunchables, Boca, and Claussen. Oscar Mayer has 8 dedicated manufacturing facilities in the United States and the business unit headquarters is located in Madison, WI.
Sr. Financial Analyst
· Analyze and report weekly and monthly manufacturing variances (usage, yield, OEE, volume impact)
· Analyze and quantify savings for productivity projects including advice and prioritization
· Establish new product cost and provide ongoing cost analysis (lines within plant, lines at other OM facilities)
· Prepare budges: SKU detail, volume pacing, line configuration, staffing, etc.
· Identify and analyze indirect labor opportunities
· Create fringe budget including HC tracking
· Bachelors in Finance or Accounting, MBA or Masters in Finance is a plus
· 4+ years of finance experience
· Cost experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
· Experience working with data through SAP or similar ERP systems a plus
· Proven strong analytical, interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
