Job description
Individual will manage the UFMS Training Team to partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct needs and job task analysis and develop training. Individual will work collaboratively with client to develop training materials. This role requires using required SW programs to develop print-based, multi-media, or web-based courseware. CGI Federal Momentum experience preferred.

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in standard Instructional System Design (ISD) processes to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
- At least 4 years experience in training for an ERP or financial system
- Security clearance of Top Secret Active
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in financial system integration and overall ERP application development and support functionalities
- At least 5 years experience in standard Instructional System Design (ISD) processes to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
- At least 5 years experience in training for an ERP or financial system
- At least 3 years experience in working with Adobe RoboHelp or Epiplex
- At least 3 years experience in training others in RoboHelp and Captivate
- At least 5 years experience in Managerial roles
- At least 5 years experience in Momentum Federal Financials
- English : Intermediate
