Job description
The PeopleSoft (PS) HCM Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery of HRMS technology/process deliverables, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.1 implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid & proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Candidates are required to travel 100%. Prefer candidates with global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing PS modules Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Position Management, Succession Planning.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 implementations
- At least 3 years experience in Global projects with multiple languages
- At least 5 years experience in PeopleSoft HCM experience
- At least 5 years experience in PS modules, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Position Management
- Basic knowledge in PS Modules Performance Management, eCompensation, Succession Planning, ELM, TandL
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 implementations
- At least 5 years experience in Global projects with multiple languages
- At least 7 years experience in PeopleSoft HCM experience
- At least 2 years experience in PS Modules Performance Management, eCompensation, Succession Planning, ELM, TandL
- English : Intermediate
