Job description
Serve as a Service Level Manager supporting customers. Provide full life cycle support including documentation, project management and customer relationship management for hosted customers. Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer requirements. Negotiate and prepare customer Service Level Agreements. Prepare cost estimates. Coordinate customer meetings and record meeting minutes. Create and monitor project plans for various customer requirements. Provide interface between customer and technical teams to manage projects to schedule. Use BMC Remedy system to enter and monitor customer requirements. Participate in customer meetings and clearly communicate project status and issues to customers.
This position will work across a wide variety of systems, applications, and projects within the Hosted Solutions division. The primary requirement for this position is being the lead developer for the Remedy Application. It will require direct interaction with the proponent and experience with handling large volumes of email and communication.
The actual work location for this position is Radford, VA.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years experience in full life cycle support including documentation, project management and customer relationship management for hosted customers.
- At least 1 year experience in leading development for the Remedy Application.
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in architecting, implementing, developing and integrating BMC Remedy ITSM 7x, as well as custom applications.
- At least 3 years experience in deploying, configuring, and integrating ITSM modules (Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB 7.6 (Atrium), Release Management).
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
- English : Intermediate
