CoventryCares of Michigan is looking for the best and the brightest to join our winning team in Detroit, MI.   We are currently looking for a Regional Quality Improvement  Manager to be responsible for managing the quality improvement activities for Michigan, Missouri, and Kentucky.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all State and Federal quality regulations and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards.  Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all quality improvement activities, i.e., surveys, audits, and peer reviews.  Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Master’s degree preferred; RN license a plus; Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) preferred; previous 3 to 5 years of clinical or health education experience required; previous quality improvement, HEDIS, and NCQA experience required.  Travel required.
