Job Description
- Plans, develops and directs implementation of programs for KEY CUSTOMERS. Responsible for KA
and marketing activities to maximize account objectives. Establishes performance metrics and
tracks results.
- Reviews status reports to determine status and focus areas.
- Prepares reports for management to assist with decision making.
- Monitors market trends, customer needs and competitors' action in region.
- Acts as liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication of business strategies,
key initiatives,learning and filling key information gaps.
- Participates in the planning and provides input into the forecast processes for channel
and brand plans. Establishes manager level relationships with key accounts and associations.
- To drive workable KA plans which align with the company strategy to achieve BP sales target
- To develop innovative trade strategy to evolve ECP (Eye Care Professionalism, stores/channels)
development and strengthen trade partnership.
- Manage the trade promotion spending within budget, and contribute more cost saving by
effectiveness promotion design.
- Establish the transformation plan for enhancing sales professional competency to ensure
KA tailor made POA (Plan of Action) message'squality and impact in trade.
- Assistant to develop SOT CDM team.
Qualifications
Required
ˇ University educated in business or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of KA sales or field operation experience with proven track record
in multi-national company.
ˇ Analytical, team player, self-confident, bi-lingual (English/Mandarin).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and business acumen

- Good understanding and insights for KA, and communication for health care
or pharmaceutical/medical industry.
- Familiar with health care industry operation will be a strong plus
- Good business management knowledge and skills
- Passionate, committed, initiative and follow through capability to deliver results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in oral and written Mandarin and English
- Good influencing skills to lead and deliver results through teamwork
- Strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customers' insights
