The L&D team plays a vital role in this aspiration and is regarded as a centre of excellence within J&J. This diverse and exciting department supports employees in all business units across the company, responsible for developing and delivering high quality, strategically aligned learning and development projects and initiatives to all customer-facing and head office teams.

Role Description:

An exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to work in this varied role within the L&D department. Working both individually and part of a team, you will liaise with people throughout the organisation, continually gaining new experiences and valuable insight into L&D best practices.

Key Activities:

- Assist the L&D Managers by organising development events and projects
- Support new starters through the company induction, coordinating all aspects of the programme
- Contribute to the development and execution of HRD special events throughout the year
- Manage the planning and execution of assessment centre events
- Coordinate and maintain admin systems (reward, learning and development programs).
- Maintain the content of the L&D intranet site to ensure it is current
- Coordinate the copy approval process for the Learning and Development team

Qualifications


To be considered for this role you must:

- Currently be studying towards an undergraduate degree in an HR relevant discipline
- Have achieved a 2:1 average or above in your first year of study
- Be able to demonstrate competencies aligned with this post, including strong communication, time management and analytical skills.
