Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and provide solutions to the needs of Non-Clinical Stakeholders (NCSH) and identify opportunities to increase product and surgical access

2. Ensure consistent, direct contact with Non-Clinical customers; give professional support; promote Business Unit products and services/solutions

3. Foster good business relationship and alignment with NCSH, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction according to the goals of the Business Unit.

4. Develop sales plan with field sales representative for target accounts, working as one team (clinical and non-clinical sales force)

5. Negotiate complete healthcare solution contract in order to drive sales growth or loyalty 2-3/y contracting (Product and Solutions where it applies)

6. Achieve commercial goals for the target accounts

7. Apply sales tools to identify and meet NCSH needs (E.g. Suture Plus, Contract Management, SKU Consolidation, Switch Cost tools)

8. Propose and follow up on solutions that matches needs and profile of each client for best results (E.g. OR Automation, IPHM, LAP Towers, Instrumentals, Imaging, OBP, IQIP, OR Dashboard, ER Efficiency)

9. Constantly seek business opportunities in existing and potential accounts to grow the business.

10. Provides subject matter expertise in assigned services, and solutions to field sales organization

11. Provide timely and accurate information on market demands to create sales and rolling forecast according to the requirements of the franchise.

12. Monitor and report market dynamics, competitors overall commercial strategies, products and practices.

13. Be the first face to the market of a compliant company and adhere to all company practices and policies.

14. Comply with all company practices and tools (i.e. territory planning, sales force automation tools, etc.)

Qualificações

Qualifications

Education

· BS Business Administration or similar.

Experience

· Minimum 4-6 years in Sales of B-to-B services and/or solutions sales area

· Fluent in English

· Familiar with senior level negotiation of long term CONTRACTS selling experience

· Experience with analytical selling tools to assure ROI on sales projects

Critical Experiences Desired:

· Selling contracts

· Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus
