This is an independent contributor role that requires a keen understanding of business requirements relative to sales operations and the ability to translate those requirements to the IT organization for system implementation. Candidate will manage various integration projects from discovery to implementation. Must be able to clearly communicate requirements and interact with other functional areas to ensure successful implementation. Requirements include, writing process flows, documenting work instructions and problem solving. May be required to provide system support on an ongoing basis. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. This role will serve as a senior-level, independent contributor with expertise in at least one technical area. Responsible for a small to medium size project or components of a larger project. Works effectively as part of a team. Decision-Making: Independently solves problems and resolves issues within area of expertise or escalates problems to the appropriate resource. Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical knowledge; collects facts and basic rationale to make recommendations for problem resolution. Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as required. Knowledge: Broad understanding of current capabilities and limitations of existing systems. Working knowledge of technologies relevant to the work. Strong working knowledge of select work processes of the business partner. Expertise to describe process flows to support process redesign, reengineering, etc. Understanding of business partner's products and services to support the definition of business requirements. Basic understanding of the compliance landscape and regulatory environment. Supervision Received/Provided: Applies technical expertise and works independently within scope, receiving general guidance. Provides mentorship or guidance to more.

Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is required. A minimum of 5 years business experience required. An understanding of JDE & SAP systems relative to sales alignment and customer master is required. Candidate must possess excellent Excel skills and knowledge of SQL. Experience with MS Access and relational databases also required.
